We are pleased to announce details of the first ever HR in Hospitality Salary & Benefits Survey.
The aim of our survey is to provide our members with detailed information from a cross section of businesses within our sector; with a view to document the changing trends within Hospitality remuneration packages.
We all know that salaries are rising faster than ever and competition for Talent is at an all time high. The survey will provide statistical data across a range of positions from line employees to senior executives [to provide you with current pay ranges across industry]. Importantly we will also be asking participants about projected increases they will be planning for 2023 and provide their thoughts on Attracting Talent and future recruitment challenges the industry faces.
Participation in this survey is FREE to all our members; and the confidential report will be sent to all participants in the Autumn. We also welcome non-member organisations to participate for a nominal fee of £25.
To ensure complete confidentiality our survey will be coordinated by an independent consultant and no individual data will be shared among participants.
