There is no denying that the employment landscape is forever undergoing change as employers are faced with a range of new opportunities – and challenges – with each new employee that enters the workplace. The Millennial Generation, and Gen Z in particular, are continuing to change the dynamics of the workplace with their practices, attitudes and behaviour differing extensively from that of previous generations.

As employee benefits specialists, we wanted to investigate the matter first-hand, and in the past 6 months have carried out a range of primary and secondary research (from employee questionnaires to interviews with university graduates) to gain a much more accurate and up-to-date understanding of the type of benefits modern-day employees expect, and need, from their employer. And of course, with financial benefits being so close to our hearts, we wanted to explore the ways that these could, and should, be utilised by employers to ensure that they can meet these demands, and continue to attract and retain high-quality employees in our ever-competitive employment landscape.

Exploring the main findings of our research, our breakfast event – in collaboration with HR in Hospitality – is designed to provide an understanding of the needs and priorities of modern-day employees, as well as encourage discussion and debate on some of the leading trends and topics from our research findings.

And with a panel of leading experts from within the hospitality sector offering their insight and opinion on such matters, the unique layout of the venue will not be the only thing you’re left pondering.

We look forward to seeing you there.
