One of our sponsors is investigating the future of employee benefits!

By Steve Williams

HR in Hospitality sponsor DAM is conducting research into what the employee benefits industry will look like in 2035, and you can even win a weekend away by helping.

DAM’s investigation will look to see which employee benefits the staff of today believe will remain and which they think will be extinct in 20 years’ time. The survey also aims to find out which of the more modern employee benefits, such as workplace financial education, air miles, mandatory sabbaticals, family planning support and more. Russell Davidson, managing director at DAM, is confident that the results will provide those in HR with fascinating new insights into how employees want their reward plans to be shaped over the coming years. “I am sure that the results will surprise many, but that everyone in the industry will find them useful in forward planning,” Russell said.

As a thank you to all of those who take the few minutes to complete the survey, respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win a weekend away at one of Malmaison’s 13 UK locations. Anyone can enter as long as they are employed in the UK so you can take the survey now right here:
