This award is aimed at HR teams that can demonstrate genuine strategic status and adding value within their organisations with tangible measurable results. It looks at how you have taken a strategic systemic thinking approach when developing your HR People Strategy to meet organisational objectives or change, it can be a specific project you have worked on that demonstrates excellent people practice. The judges will be looking for how your strategic approach was devised and implemented, the involvement and collaboration with other stakeholders and what results have been achieved. You should explain how the team identified priorities and how HR has used data to measure the benefits and outcomes over the last 12 to 24-month period.
