This award is all about how good you are at attracting talent both externally and internally. It looks at what innovative approaches and methods you have adopted to overcome your main recruitment challenges and what you have done to attract and retain talent in the last 12 to 24 months. The judges will be looking for effective recruitment solutions that have helped you attract and select talent at all levels across the organisation and show how your recruitment initiative feed into your succession plan or talent pool.
To be successful at winning this award you need to demonstrate

2.   What: What was your approach and what did you do?
3.   How: How did you engage and influence key stakeholders to gain buy in?
4.   Challenges: What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
5.   Impact: What was the impact/results of this initiative (People and Business)?
