This award demonstrates that Reward and Recognition strategies are central to good people management and developing a strategic approach that focuses on acknowledging and appreciating people for their hard work and dedication makes good business sense. It looks at how you have developed an effective approach to motivating your teams through R&R, using it to support business objectives, improve employee performance and productivity, attracting and retaining talent and boosting teamwork. The judges will be looking for examples of initiatives where you have created a suite of recognition tools to make your employees feel valued and appreciated, or have introduced a new pay or bonus structure that supports equality or a plan to reduce the gender pay gap, maybe you have recently completed a review of your benefits and perks and the way you recognise your people and want to showcase how you value your employees.
To be successful at winning this award you need to demonstrate
