This award is about promoting good health and wellbeing within the workplace. We know that this approach produces a wide range of benefits for those who enjoy them, but employers can benefit too, as happy, healthy employees are more likely to be present, motivated and productive. It looks at the stories you can tell of successful programmes that have focused on driving good health and wellbeing and how you have been proactive in promoting people’s wellbeing both in and outside of work. The judges will be looking at how the organisation has taken a strategic approach to health and wellbeing for its employees centred around the four pillars of wellbeing; mental, physical, emotional and financial.
To be successful at winning this award you need to demonstrate
