Our work, workplaces and worklife have become more and more digitalised in the last few years and HR has really started to lead the way and utilise technology to transform the people function. This award recognises the effective use of technology by HR teams to bring about benefits to their organisation. We will be looking for examples of how your tech interventions has had a positive impact on your employees. It can be a one off focused project to implement a new system or process, or an improvement of an HR software system, or a more holistic approach to enabling a technology based approach to people management. Maybe you needed to digitalise your recruitment and onboarding processes, or improve your L&D offering or improve communication and engagement through technology within your organisation. It can be a small scale App that you developed to connect your teams or a larger digital transformation project, tell us how you have embraced technology based solutions that delivered business benefits.
