Speaker Overview:

After pursuing her hospitality studies 16 years ago, Toni took up employment within Contract Catering. Learning both back and front of house, she soon learnt that she really enjoyed engaging and having that direct contact with people and so, decided to follow the path to hospitality customer service, which also led to discovering the joy of team training and development.

Toni’s personal journey to Good Hotel came at a time when she was a stay at home mum. Though quite unexpected, learning about Good Hotel, the Good training programme and its remarkable mission to do Good, was very motivating and appealing. The opportunity to manage the Good training Programme and to be part of something great was there and she took it.

Today, Toni is successfully overseeing the learning journey of the 17th Group of Trainees, who have taken up the learning opportunities at Good Hotel.
