HR in Hospitality Conference 2024
We are delighted to announce that our much anticipated annual conference is back for 2024. Join us at The Four Seasons at London Park Lane on Monday 25th March 2024 for a full day of Seminars, Break out Sessions and Networking with over 200 industry colleagues.
Our first release of limited ‘Early Bird’ tickets will be available to purchase at the end of November with general ticket sales for members released in December [along with a limited number of non-member tickets].  We already have a fantastic line up of speakers and hope to release full and final details of our line up over coming weeks.
This day of inspiration will begin with a Keynote address from Kate Nicholls OBE, CEO of UK Hospitality. You will also hear from Sally Beck MI FIH, General Manager of the Royal Lancaster Hotel and Founder of The Hoteliers Charter; and Stefan Wissenbach, Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of Empowered.
Purusha Gordon – Public speaker & Coach / Guinness World Record Breaker – Ocean Sheros, Mental Health Charity Wave breakers foundation will also present a special session on Resilience.
Our interactive World Café Session will also be back giving you an opportunity to discuss 3 topical HR questions with other delegates.

- Chat GPT & AI are here to stay, in this session we here from Tom Hyatt at Herrington Carmichael about the potential legal pitfalls and things to be aware of in the fast emerging technology and the team from Harri
- Women's Health will cover a range of topics with Becky Kearns from Fertility Matters, Endometriosis UK and Helen Tomlinson from Adecco who is a Government Menopause Employment Champion
- We'll also look at Men's Health with Macmillan Cancer supportÂ
- Our session on Harassment features a panel of expert speakers including Helen Burrow, Suzy Lamplugh Trust and Ayesha Fordham, EDIA (Employers Initiative on Domestic Abuse) and Everyone's invited
- Our final breakout session looks at Financial Wellbeing in a time of financial uncertainty with Anna Buckle from PayCaptain and our long term partners Alex Keddie of DAM
